    Well, I officially kicked off my exercise today! I got the Leslie Sansone WATP for Abs 3 workouts on 1 DVD from Ebay for like $10. I did the Get Up and Get Started workout which is like a 10-15 minute mile...OMG!!! I am SO out-of-shape! I could barely keep up at the fastest pace (which didn't look that fast), but I finished it! Whew!

    I can't wait until I don't get winded from something that basic, but it feels good to know I did SOMETHING!

    You are off to a good start. I love the WATP workouts. I thought they would be easy when I first started using them but Leslie gets you moving with sidesteps and little kicks that wear you out until you get used to the routine. I think you will really enjoy them. I am going to look up those videos since I'm not familiar with the Abs routine.

      GOOD FOR YOU TO GET GOING! That is more than half the battle!

      Don't you worry none .. in a few sessions, you will really see the improvement in your endurance and stamina! KEEP AT IT!
