I just did this today. It's quite a workout! and cheap too.. like $10 at Walmart! It has 6 different workouts:
warm up- 5 minutes
low intensity cardio- 25 min
high intensity cardio- 20 min
strength & sculpt- 20 min
boot camp- 20 min (strength and cardio mix)
cool down- 20 min
You can choose from a preset workout or make up your own. I did warm up, low intensity cardio, strength & sculpt, and cool down. I can feel it!!
I didn't ever catch too many of the shows on tv, but I was very inspired by the people and thought I'd give it a shot. I'm glad I did. This will definitely be used a lot.
Anybody else have it? What do you think?
