  • OMG! I just did two miles!

I just started my workouts last Sunday with Leslie Sansone's 15-minute, 1-mile WATP for Abs workout. Today, I bumped up to the 2-mile walk to see if I could hang...I about passed OUT, but I finished!!! I thought I was going to have to stop half way through because it was so hard, but I pushed through (granted with smaller movements)! I'm exhausted, but I'm *SO* happy! I don't know if I can do this every day, but I'll have to try to incorporate it at least a couple of times a week!

The thing that made me feel good is that her "professionals" were groaning, so I know it was strenuous!

woo hoo for you. Mental fatigue happens much sooner then actual physical fatigue and if you can just keep pushing it you will be surprized what you can actually do with your body.

hehe, Wayless... it was just so nice, you had to say it twice.

Also, I found that the hardest part of starting my exercise program was the first three days... after that, it just seems to get easier and easier to do/get the motivation. Anybody else find it to be that way?

Congrats again, Wayless (I cheered you in the CC forum )
No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.

I have to admit it did feel good! I think mostly because I thought I couldn't do it. My husband looked at me like I was crazy when he saw which workout I was doing, but I kicked him out of the room because he wouldn't join in! LOL
