  • Body For Life Challenge Week 4

    WOW week 4 already we are all Probably making some great Progress what have you all noticed so far with all your Hard work.

    For me I am really noticing my Arms getting a bit more defined. I haven't lost any weight BUMMER but, I am sure that will come very soon.

    It's the Lower Body today for me OH man I ahte lower body But I do it cause I have to HE HE

    Just finished My first BFL for week 4 Oh my Nastie *** baby All good though.

    Workout went as follows.

    Leg extensions 12x50,10x60,8x70,6x80,12x60, changeover front squats 12x30lbs
    Stiff legged Deadlifts 12x90,10x100,8x110,6x120,12x100 cangeover leg curls 12x40
    Standing Calf Raises 12x90,10,100,8x110,6x120,12x100, chqangeover seated calf raises 12x100
    Sit up bench weighted sit ups 4 sets 12 resp 5 lbs, 2 set 12 reps no weight

    Oh my word my abs hurt WOW I am sore, not so much in the legs which sucks but, my abs are aching.

      I did my cardio worked up a huge sweat decided to do something different cause I was feeling really crappy and had a huge headache so I was going for major Burn in a short amout of time. Well I definately accomplished that and Holly Crap I am soooooo sore I cannot tell you. I dare any of you tp try this LOL. What I did well I got out my Kitchen chair and did 20 minutes of Step ups now picture this 20 minutes and a 36 inche rise from the floor. I am sooo sore I could fall over I was dripping like I ahve never before. I did approximately 600 step ups in that 20 minutes. If ya want a horrendous quick workout this is it man but, I don't know if I would wanna attempt that again GOD!!

        Did 45 minutes of Irish Step Dancing on Tuesday (OOF!)

              I did My upper Body Last night I felt so guilty for not doing it that I did even know I wasn't feeling well LOL>

              Workout went as follows.

              Hammer Curls 12x10,10x15,8x20,6x25,12x15, changeover Dumbell Curls 12x15
              Back Reverse Flies Dumbells 12x5l,10x10,8x15,6x20,12x10 chanceover Upright rows 12x11
              Dumbell Shoulder Press 12x5,10x10,8x15,6x20,12x10,changeober Front raised 12x10
              Bench Tricep Extensions 12x10,10x15,8x20,6x25,12x15 changeover tricep ext 12x15
              Chest Flies 12x5,10x10,8x15,6x20,12x10 changeover dumbell chest press 12x10

              Good workout it was late so I didn't sleep too well OOPS.

                  WOW look at you go girl I gotta get my sight updated I am a slacker ROFL.

                  I am taking the day off cause of my Injury to my Leg so I am really Praying it will be better tomorrow and I can do legs may be light for a few days. EEEK

                    OK so Leg has been Very Bad so I have to stay off of it If I don't I can't walk at the end of the day So I have taken 2 sick days so far. I may do some squates that's about the only exercise that doesn't require me to move my leg too much. I am upset at this and hope it doesn't set me back too far. I ahve the Biggest fear of losing control right now I don't like not Knowing what is happening with my body and when I finally say OK, I have to rest it puts me into stress. I get worried that I will lose everything I ahve gained lose my Body lose my ability and most of all lose my drive to do it. I know this is crazy But, it's true and This I pray will heal very quickly so I can get back to it again.

                      Another swim meet on Saturday (everybody sing "WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS!!!") so I rested that day. I think I hurt my foot at Irish Dance class on Friday, so I'm going to call Sunday a sick day.
