I just did a pilates dvd for the first time. Up til now, I've just been walking on a treadmill for exercise. Now I feel sick and exhausted. I'm nauseated and just feel like laying down. It was a little hard, but I was able to do almost all the exercises. I've had plenty of water today and breakfast was eggs and sausage about 3 hrs ago.
Is this normal?
