  • Body adjustment period?

    I started my exercise program this month and I noticed that the first 3 days were pretty grueling and unpleasant but after that, I was coasting downhill. If I'd known that in the past, I probably would have had better luck with both starting an exercise program and keeping it going.

    Anyone else find that your body adjusted to a workout after a few days?
    No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.

    Oh yes totally, be sure to change up your exercise Every 6 weeks to keep the Body Guessing.

    I had the same thing with Lunges when I first did them I couldn't walk as I kept doing it it got easier and easier till there was no post exercise aching, so I ahd to do it with weights LOL so that I would be sore again I like being sore ROFL.

      Our bodies are wonderful machines, and it does adapt to the workload rather quickly. Isn't that incredible?

      This means that we have to constantly workout smarter -- i.e. mix it up a little bit, etc. so our body doesn't get used to the same workout.

      Have fun exercising! Isn't it great?
