  • Gym question

I'm debating something. I'm not sure if I should get a gym membership or not at a Women's gym by my house. If I got it, I would use it.

I'm going to be going to Atlanta at the end of March with my cousin for a week. I have a goal of losing 15-20 pounds by that time frame. The reason I'm not sure if I should get a membership is because I am exercising now. I either walk 3 miles or bike 5 miles a day and every other day I work out on my BowFlex. Do you think the gym would help me make my goal more than what I'm doing now?

Do you think I should be upping what I'm doing? Maybe do both the walking and the bike a day? I just didn't want to overdue it or anything, but I could easily do both. I have exercise videos of all sorts, but I really am not fond of doing exercise videos. They bore me.

    wow

You can increase the speed at which you walk and bike or the incline and/or resistance on your bowflex? that will give you the same workout time but burn more cals and help you be a smaller you by then.

do youhave the videos the vidiots are using? they seem to love to hate the lady leading them and use their own music instead.

I agree with 2big .. up the intensity of what you're doing now and that should make a big difference.

When I transitioned from walking (fast) to jogging .. it really helped alot.
