I'm going to go ahead and start this thread so I can log my workout from yesterday
Upper body done (I used my new 10 lb dumbbells for some of the x6 sets -
ZOWIE!! Let's hope I can still move my arms later today!)
My foot is still hurting (seeing the doc tomorrow a.m.), so I'm taking a "sick" day today and not doing any cardio.

I am going to do my abs on lower body days, though, as those don't involve my feet at all!
And here I thought the whole point of doing cross-training was to AVOID injury.
