  • Trampoline anyone?

    My DH went out tonight and bought me a small trampoline that I can use in the house he saw it said it might be a fun way to loose weight.Anyone ever tried a trapoline to help with weight loss if so did it help?I would have never thought of buying one he can be sweet at times..

    Cindy, it's commonly called "Rebounding" and there are TONS of exercise videos available just for this!

    You might want to check out videofitness.com and do a search for them. urbanrebounding.com has some awesome videos too!

    Any exercise you get is going to help aid you in fat removal Give that man a big kiss and thank him for being so supportive of you and your efforts if you haven't already! He sounds like a gem

      Thanks Brook now I am excited to try it out I checked out the site I will order a video to help me out.
      DH got a big kiss and yes he is a gem.He does things differently than most like the trampoline lol.But he is right it will be fun..

        Cindy, I have a little tramp and I use it everyday. I have the Urban Rebounding DVDs Brook mentioned, they are awesome! I highly recommend purchasing them. It's a very challenging workout but you see results immediately. I also use my tramp to jog on while I'm watching my favorite TV shows, (much better than just sitting on the couch!) and I use it to do my ab workout, its great for crunches! Good luck!!

          Hi I used it today just for running but it felt good.I am ordering the dvds or getting them from ebay but I just ordered slim in 6 and have to wait a little bit for anything else cuz I am not working since Monday I miss not having a job to go to, but will take a break for a little while..Thanks!!
