I tend to work out at night, because I am a student and I work I never get around until working out until at least after 5:30 pm. I tend to go home de-brief from the day, change into work out clothes and typically always in the gym by 6:30 - 7pm....
HOWEVER, I bust my bum working out with at least an hour of cardio most days and while this is great and all. It leaves me STARVING! Well not really. I think I could honestly go without food and just go to bed, but which is better?
Eat late or not eat at all? help!
I typically go to bed around 11 - 11:30 too because classes or meetings start at 7/8 am. I want to know your advice, because really I could do either but I want to do what is right. I will do anything to lose weight and maybe not eating will aid, but what does my fellow peers think?!?!
