Ok, I am posting it now so that it gives me even more incentive to actually do it!
There is a rugby match on tv this afternoon - Scotland v France. I am going to the gym for the kick off - 3pm (45 minutes time) I am going to jog at a steady speed of around 9kph (5.25 mph) for the whole of the game. 40 minutes in the first half, the 10-15 minute half time break and the 40 minutes of the second half.
I did this once before but only for one half of a match!
