I am doing the treadmill now,
I would like to get it over with as early as poss. and take my shower for the day and not get distracted from doing it.
1 - Can I do it on a empty stomach?
2 - How long do I have to wait before I do it after I have eaten b/fast.
3 - I know I can do more then I am doing, but not at one time, is breaking it up in 2 sessions helpful?
I have a knee injury and I dont want to make it worse
