  • BODY FOR LIFE Challenge Week 6

    K week 6 I am a wreck got a sore toe a wrecked leg so I think what I am gunna do for the next bit at least till I get my Body back is Break up my Body parts into 2's and do 5 exercises for each. I hate not exercising every day so I have to do something and this will help me feel better.

    YAY I did my Lower Body workout it felt good to do it I am Gllad I am able to right now Cause I feel like such a Bump on a LOG.

    Workout went as follows.

    Leg Extensions 12x60,10x70,8x80,6x90,12x70 changeover Wide legged Squat 12x50
    Stiff Legged Deadlifts 12x90,10x100,8x110,6x120,12x110, changeover hamstring curls 12x30
    Seated Calf Raises 12x80,10x90,8x100,6x110,12x100 changeover standing calf raises 12x100
    Decline sit ups, 1set 25 reps no weight, 3sets 20reps 10 lbs

        K well I am going to give a run a try a short one then I will do Upper Body weights. So I am thinking a quick 20 minutes then I will go from there.

        How is your Foot Feeling are you able to start to do your Cardio again??? Hope it's getting better real quick.

        Great Job on all the workouts and on the Upper Body today that's awesome.

        So week 6 Are you starting to Notice any differences in yoour Body shape or anyhing. It takes 6 weeks for the Body to adapt so you start to see some Nice changes if you haven't already.

          I did Run today Felt really Great I didn't push it ran for 25 minutes went a total of 2.33 miles WOW I did awesome that's a pretty good Clip I also Just finished my weight training Holly Crap I am soooo sore Damn my arms are sooo Nastie and weak right now. I feel like I really Push the Boundries and did something great for me though WOOOHOOO.

          Workout went as Follows.

          Weighted Bend overs(don't know what they are called)12x20lbs, 10x40lbs, 8x50lbs, 6x60lbs, 12x50lbs changeover lay down back flies 12x15lbs
          Front raises 12x10lbs,10x15lbs,8x20lbs,6x25lbs, 12x15lbs, changeover side raises 12x15 lbs
          Incline chest Flies 12x10lbs,10x15lbs,8x20lbs,6x25lbs,12x15lbs changeover incline dumbell press 12x 15lbs
          Upright Tricep Extensions 12x50lbs,10x60lbs, 8x70lbs, 6x80lbs, 12x60lbs changeover standing tricep Press 12x60lbs (OUCH)
          Bicep Cable Curls 12x50lbs,10x60lbs,8x70lbs,6x80lbs,12x60lbs changeover hammer curls 12x15 lbs

          WOWey OUCH good workout I also took some pics when I was done HE HE.

            I ran again today it was nice I am going slowly as to not reinjure myself I ran for 30 minutes could ahve went way longer but, I am not Pushing it and walked for 10 minutes it felt great to run completely pain free.

            This week has totally turned around from Bad to good I am sooo happy to be running again even if it's not long or fast it Just feels good to do it.

            How are ya doing Swimmon How is your foot still doing fab I'll bet.

              My foot is feeling much better, but I'm still didn't try anything last week. For Friday, I just did my abs again (oof!).

              I am noticing some changes in my body! I can't say my pants are fitting any looser right now (it's TOM), but they were last week and I'm sure they will again.
