        okay I'm in now they is the principle BIll Phillips uses for his BFL program too. Atkins low carbers already have that depleted glycogen stage set all day long so it doesn't app;y to us.

            okay I'm in now they is the principle BIll Phillips uses for his BFL program too. Atkins low carbers already have that depleted glycogen stage set all day long so it doesn't app;y to us.

              not really except don't do it right after you eat. if you feelbetter in the AM do it them if you feel better in the afternoon do it them. SOme folk can drop off to bed after working out and some can't. you know your body so you can pick the best for you. The important thing is to just do it!

                  I'm a first up exerciser too, Sandi. I do mine at 5.30 am weekdays and 7.30 am Saturdays. Now I can feel extra virtuous!

                    mine are done around 7:30 am when the kids are gone and all. I confess I like doing it early to 1) get it done 2) take a shower after.
                    So by 9ish I am eating my b/fast
                    BUT I have started to do a lap on the treadmill at night, granted its to warm up, but hey its works

                      2Big is right (AGAIN!) We don't have stores of glycogen to worry about .. so exercise is beneficial to us ANYTIME .. the key is to do it!!

                      I used to get up at 4:30 a.m. to run before work, but now I have a flexible job so I can come home mid afternoon and do my 6 or 8 miles. Yeah, I know its ROUGH! On Saturdays though, I hit the trail for my long run at 7:00 a.m. There's something very peaceful about being out there at that hour, just me and the birds and alligators.
