    hi atkineer's
    I lost 10 lbs during induction but now im stuck on 175lbs for the whole week. I started with 185lbs. Im getting bored now...i need to get motivated again or else im scared, i might give up. I dont want to give up..i want to be fit and look my best all the time.

    Please guys motivate me...SAY SOMETHING!!!!


    Now i am challenging myself here...and will be posting everyday religiously...

    I will do YOGA for 30 minutes every morning before going to work
    I will do Tae BO for minimum 30 min, after coming from work!
    I will drink atleast 8 bottles of water every day!

    (long term challenge: I WILL BE 115LBS by jan 26,2007)
