Okay .. so Walmart solved my issue about what to eat/drink for the marathon.
I got the SOBE sugar free energy drinks in 16 oz cans (1.98 each) .. so I figure two of those ought to do just fine ..
And some Sam's Choice Nature Trail Mix: roasted and salted soy nuts, peptias, cherries, sunflower seeds, raisins and almonds. Per 1/4 cup: Calories: 150;
9 grams of fat, 1 saturated, 4 polyunsaturated, 4 monounsaturated; no cholesterol, 65 mg sodium, 280 mg potassium; 10 grams carbs, 5 fiber, 5 sugars, 8 grams of protein. Yep, a couple of sandwich bags of those, and that ought to get me 26.2 miles!!
