  • Body For Life Challenge Week 8

    WOW we are doing well. I am sorry I ahve been a bad poster as of lately Probably cause I have sicks kids and such. I am still doing great I have not missed a workout even yesterday when I was dead with the flu I did my cardio I know I am silly. So I was up last night feeling bad and today 2 of my kids are throwing up again. My Lower Body may have to be Put on HOLD but, I will do it. I have to do a set of Highlights and everything man I don't wanna but, I Promised and it's extra cash.

    Any how I can't stay I am trying to rest.

    Hey all Just finished my Upper Body Workout and My weights sucked I guess that's what happens when you are sick the day before my energy just wasn't there today like it has been. I had to drop all my weights.

    Upright Rows 12x50lbs,10x60lbs,8x70lbs,6x80lbs,12x50lbs, change-over shoulder shrugs 12x50lbs
    Bicep Curls 12x40lbs,10x50lbs,8x60lbs,6x70lbs,12x50lbs, change-over Hammer curls 12x15lbs
    Tricep cable ext 12x30lbs,10x40lbs,8x50lbs,6x60lbs,12x40lbs change-over tricep press 12x40lbs
    Machine flies 12x30lbs,10x40lbs,8x50lbs,6x60lbs,12x40lbs, change-over bench press 12x40lbs
    Bent over Rows 12x50lbs,10x60lbs,8x70lbs,6x80lbs,12x70lbs, change-over front lat pulls 12x40lbs

    Good workout but, now I feel crappy again.

      Hey Sarah,

      With being injured and then missing workouts while in Italy (the hotel did NOT have a fitness center!), I feel like I'm missing too much to continue with this 12-week cycle. My plan is to start over with Week 1 on Monday 2/27.

      How's everything going for you?

      PS The Irish Dance Feis is today! Wish me luck!

        Hey don't start on week One go Back a couple weeks and start from there K.

        I am gunna go Back to week 6 I think Cause with sickness and everything I feel like I ahve missed as well.

          Ran 70 minutes walked 20 minutes was a good run and felt really good to do it after havving been sick for most of the Week.

            Okay, but I am going to go back to Week 5 (mostly because that's about when I got hurt, but also because that's a Upper/Lower/Upper week and I'm in the mood to do Upper today. )

            The Feis went great!! I got 2nd place in the Easy Reel (out of 3 dancers). More importantly, my foot didn't hurt!! WOOHOO!!!
