ok it's time for me to step it up a notch!!! i have been pretty good with going to the gym at least 40 min a day at least 5 days a week (more often 6 days/7days) but it's about that time to step it up
so my additions:
30 min of pilates 3-4 days a week
60 min at the gym 5-7 days a week!!!!
300 min on the treadmil (running/jogging) by april 12th!!!!!
i'll post my results daily!!!! i hope this will up my weight loss!!!
