    HEy everyone I have added Billy's Bootcamp to my workouts......So now Monday Wednesday and Friday I do Billy's Bootcamp for an hour and onTuesday Thursday and Saturday I do pilates for an hour Then I do cardio on Sundays What do you think should i mix it up in different order every week to get optimal results???

    Sounds like it's mixed up pretty darn good! I'd suggest giving yourself a rest day so your body can recover. Looks like you've got cardio covered big time! You might want to consider some weight training. Good for you for exercising!
