    So we have had a little of a setback we seem to have lost some challengers and also injuries have Plagued this Crew so rather then Post week to week. I would like to do an ongoing thread where anyone can Join. We will start a new thread each month and so anyone who wants to be apart of the challenge can at any time.

    How does that sound. I am here with any help you may need and Looking forwards to seeing everyone.

      Hope that helps you it's a 12 week Cardio and Lifting Program. Very intensive but, works great

        Got upper body done this morning and did 28 minutes on the elliptical this afternoon.

          WOOHOO Swimmom that's awesome doesn't it feel good to be back to it. I am taking a rest day Worked out all wekkend and ran 10 miles my Body needs a break. I may work out later depending but, I am claiming this now.

            I have been doing great have done all my workouts I did a 30 minutes cardio Meltdown on Tuesday EEK it was hard then shoveled my sidewalk of 11 inches of snow. The next day instead of Upper Body I shoveled for 1.5 hours my HUGE driveway that was enough to basically make me wanna scream my body was sooo sore.

            Today I ran for 1 hour got a pretty good tempo going WOOHOO gotta love it when everything goes well. TOM is comming and I have been more tire which is normal wish it would just come already so I can get it over with WOOHOO that would be nice.

              I do the BFL lifting program but not the cardio as it is too littel for me. I do mu cardio post lifting and then do an HIIT program of treadmilling onm my aerobic days.

              Man I love the feeling when you do the 10s and they really are a ten for that day.

                Ya I'm doing the Lifting Part but, not the Carios Part either It's not enough for me either.

                  I have been sick Missed 2 workouts and I find I am getting Board so I changed it up a bit hope you don't mind I just hate getting board.

                  Today was Thest and Tricep Day

                  Drop set Bench Press 7x90lbs,6x80lbs,7x70lbs,6x60lbs (no rest in Between)
                  Drop set Tricep Press 9x70lbs,7x60lbs,7x50lbs,6x40lbs (ne rest in between)
                  Dumbell Chest Flies 8x25lbs,7x25lbs,6x25lbs,6x25lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
                  Tricep Extensions 12x70lbs,10x70lbs,7x70lbs,7x70lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
                  Dumbell chest Press 10x20lbs,10x20lbs,8x20lbs,7x20lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
                  Tricep Curls 12x15lbs,12x15lbs,10x15lbs,10x15lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
