  • Trying something new for March

As some of you may know, when I first started at the gym in week 8 of ATkins (at 115 kgs) I could not do the elliptical machine at all. Due to my old ankle injuries and subsequent knee problems, it was just too painful.

Well, I've been sneaking on it for 5 mins for a couple of weeks now, and while the backs of my legs hurt for a few days, I've got it mastered, I think.

SO - from today it is 10 mins each on rower, elliptical, treadmill and bike on MOn, Wed & Fri. On weights days (Tues, Thurs, Sat) I'll do 10 mins on the rower and 10 mins on one of the other 3, plus my 20-25 mins weights.

Will post here as I go and let you know how it is going. I plan to try t do more intensity as I go, as I cannot give more than 45 mins any morning except Saturday. Sunday is my rest day.

    Today: rower 1.3kms, elliptical 1km, treadmill 1km (10.15min), and bike 3.4 kms.
