  • 6 days to go

Until my next 5 k race. Sunday 12th March at 10am I am running in a charity 5 k race in aid of Prostate Cancer.

As it stands at the moment, I am still recoveing from a bit of a cold and my asthma is playing up a little, I hope it sorts it self out in time......

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

4 days to go and I am feeling much better, just got a slight cough now. So that will hopefully clear up for Sunday.
