  • Question for all you Slim in Sixers

Okay I have a two questions....

I have the Dvd's, (thanks lady, you know who you are.........
and I was going to start doing them again. But I was wondering, I have been having a lot of trouble with my back lately...do you think Si6 would help or make it worse? I didn't do it NEARLY as long as you guys.

Also, did you guys do measurements before and after 6 weeks? I am SOO interested in knowing the results on Atkins doing it.

Thanks in advanced for helping me out

I am hoping to join you vidiots soon! MY Dad's wedding in April 22nd, and I wanna look as good as possible.

Well, coming from someone who is suffering badly with back problems lately. I would say, wait. Get yourself healthy and even to a doctor, before starting anything, especially something like Si6. It seems harmless when you just sit back and "watch" the video, but it really is intense. Take care of your back first JS!!!

Re: Question for all you Slim in Sixers

SI6 is the answer to my back problems. As long as it isn't major, I go ahead and do it to help get it into place. The first day makes me feel a little worse but the second day usually puts most everything back into place. If your back is really out, try walking. It will warm up and limber up the muscles and the posture and movement puts most things back into place. A chiropractor is a good option too.
