        No way Betty you are TOP notch we are gunna Rock some Pavement still waiting for the snow to go so I can get out and try my new tril shoes they are awesome ran on the treadmill with them but I had em laced a little tight and my Middle toes went Numb ROFL I had to do a quickie shoe change 30 minutes into my run all in all they feel like luxurie linerson my feet sooo springy.

                I am still here but I only ran 2 miles last night. Things have been so busy at work for me so I am doing all I can do. Hopefully I can get in some good runs this weekend. Great job everyone!

                    I certainly do! Work - why do I have to do it any ways - I just want to have time to run!! hee hee. My 40th birthday is in 6 weeks and I really want to lose about 5 - 10 more pounds - wishful thinking but I know the running will help me and as an added benefit - I enjoy it!

                      I know .. can't we get paid by the mile?? I love my new job because I have flexible hours and am only 5 minutes from home so I can leave at 3:15, come home, run, and then make dinner .. gotta love a job like that, aye? I told my boss that I really appreciate having a job that doesn't interfere with my running ... she looked at me like " " .. people who don't run just do not get it!

                        I didn't run today who knows I may later But I did lift weights this is how it went.

                        Reverse Flies Drop Set 25lbsx12,20lbsx12,15lbsx10,10lbsx14 (no rest between sets)
                        Dumbell Curls Dropset 25lbsx10,20lbsx10,15lbsx9,10lbsx12 (no rest between sets)
                        Seated Rows 10x70lbs,10x70lbs,9x70lbs,8x70lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
                        Cable Curls 10x70lbs,9x70lbs,8x70lbs,8x70lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
                        Behind Pull Downs 12x50lbs, 10x60lbs,10x60lbs,8x60lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
                        Pully Curls with Hand Grips 12x70lbs,9x70lbs,8x70lbs,7x70lbs (1 minute rest between sets)

                          Thurs: 6.3 miles done. Its so aggravating .. they are doing construction work up the street .. for about 1/2 mile the sidewalk is completely torn up .. so either I walk about 1/2 block through dirt with holes I could fall into and never be heard from again.. or I take my chances walking in the street ON A CURVE in a 45 mph zone, which in Tampa terms, means anywhere from 50 to 75 mph I swear these people have NEVER heard of PEDESTRIANS HAVE THE RIGHT OF WAY .. um .. DEAD RIGHT, maybe?? I told DH I swear they wouldn't stop to wipe my blood off their windshields!! Anyway, so that always slows me down, but I guess going slow beats ending up DEAD, aye? Makes me wish I lived along the trail so I could get away from this traffic!

                            Iknow what you mean Betty People are really good here I run on the opposite side of the street towards traffic so I can see what's comming and it's good. I can't run on the sidewalk I have had too many sprained ankles and the sidewalks here really suck. Hope they get the construction all done soon so you can have your sidewalk back.

                                K Just Finishe Abs and SHoulders my arms are weak as **** OMgosh OUCHIE I will probably feel my Abs tomorrow or later I don't usually feel it right after I do them LOL.

                                SO this is how It went today.

                                Killer Ups Dropset 12x10lbs,10x5lbs,7x2.5lbs,6xNW (no rest between sets)
                                Dumbell SHoulder Press Dropset 12x20lbs,10x15lbs,8x10lbs,8x5lbs (no rest between sets)
                                Cable Crunches 12x80lbs,12x100lbs,12x100lbs,12x100lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
                                Dumbell Front Raises 7x15lbs,7x15lbs,6x15lbs,6x15lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
                                Dumbell Side Bends 10x25lbs,10x25lbs,8x25lbs,10x25lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
                                Shoulder Shrugs 12x80lbs,12x100lbs,8x110lbs,10x110lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets.

                                I am sure I will be sore tomorrow. Now all I ahve to do is run today YAY ME!!!
