Hi,Has anyone ever tried Debbie Siebers' Slim in 6??I have tried it a few years ago and i did it for two weeks and it worked so well.I had to quit b/c i got real sick.This was also before i started atkins.Anyway,it is a six week program for rapid weight loss and healthy body slimming and toning.The first two weeks are 25 mins. a day and this introduces your body to the moves of the program.They are real easy,it works you from head to toe,you also go at your own pace.This lasts 2 weeks.The next two weeks gradually increases the calories burned during the slim in 6 program.Your picking up the pace these two weeks a great total body, sweat your heart out workout.It lasts about an hour a day.The last 2 weeks will challange your body to burn maxium calories and to reshape your body(especially your thighs,butt and arms).The results are amazing and sure to be even better w/atkins.After the six weeks you could start over if you wanted or do the first part for maintence,that is what im going to do.I am on my seventh day on atkins and have lost about 5 lbs.I had a clean first week and walked on the tradmill twice a day.I am gonna give the slim in 6 program another go starting tomorrow.Im sure my weight will melt off now.
