    Saturdays are my rest days...they are just too hectic for me. This week is my sixth week! WOOHOO! Going to do pictures next weekend.

      HEy all had a Hecktic day from **** WOW. SOrry I haven't been here too much Have been runing my but off.

      Today was really busy but, I did manage to crunch in a 1 hour interval run which was nastie as heck I was red sweating and pooped when I was done.

      I will be back in good for tomorrow doing Legs WOOHOO.

        Great job with the run Sarah! Hmm, I'll have to check my handy dandy schedule to see what I have for tomorrow, but I can't wait, it's lifting and cardio, that much remember! LOL

          Yup I have Legs tomorrow and I am gunna do lunges OH MY!!!!! EEK. Did I tell you I went like 6.8 miles in that HOUR I was cruisen and I am BEAT

              I have never run that fast and I tell you I felt like throwing up when I was done I thinks I overdid it a little bit what do you think LOL>

                    It felt great otherwise though, and the feeling passed. But, that's why I only did the hour instead of an hour and a half, there is no way I could keep going!

                      Yup at the speed I was going the last 10 I really felt the need to HURL big time but, when I stopped I was ok, just had to eat right away and drink a TON.

                        I'm ashamed to say, I haven't been drinking any water. I have been told by Deklen that I have to start posting that in my stats journal, so he can keep an eye on it. That way he knows I'll start drinking it again. I have gotten so bad with that... but no more being lazy with the water, starting tomorrow, I gotta!

                          Yes you have to if I do so do you. GRRRRRR!!! Lol I got myself a case of water and that is helping me a lot I go grab a bottle and feel kinda luxurious then refill it when I am done I don't know why but, it helps me to drink up.
