Hi! I want to do strength training for my arms and stomach and only have a set of 5 lb dumbbells. Could anyone give me some exercises to do to help me tone my arms and abs with just this available?

remember too you can make more weights with empty gallon plastic jugs and filling them with sand or water too. if you only have acces to the 5 pounds use your body weight to add more weight like do some push ups for upper body chest and arms you can move the poisition of the hands fromunder you to out to the sides to toally infront of you to work other shoulder and arm muscles too. yoou can do bending from the waist straight arm push ups too to work your triceps too.
crunches will give your abs a great workout and if you turn on your side and lift your hips leaving your shoulder and side of knee or ankle if you are strong on the floor ( called bridge pushups) you will give your obiques a good workout. be sure to turn over and do both sides. leg raises will work the lower abs too laying on your back raise up on your elbows and lift your legs straight to your body. if you can't lift it that high work it and build up to it.
when you can afford it get a set of dumbells you can add plates to mine go from 2 pounds up to 34 pounds.by the book atkinseer
