    Feeling crappy today TOM, cramps, nausea, hormones...all raging. I did do my 30 minutes HIIT on the ellip this morning. Thought about doing some tonight but I didn't. Just not feeling up to it. Tomorrow is my scheduled upper body day.

        GBU hope you feel better, and Joy hope those cramp just go away. Pam you should be sooo Proud of doing it when you didn't want to. TOM is fast approching for me I can feel it I am somewat crampy constipated and moody YUCK and DID I tell you OH MY SOOOO SORE, those PUSH ups totally did me in OUCHEY.

        EVERYONE, you are doing sooo great and should feel sooo Proud Of every second you give back to yourself.

        WAY TO GO!!

            OH, thank you I feel kinda Useless today I am sooo sore I need a massage I think I am guynna put hubby to work tonight masaging among other things HMMM, sex drive has kicked in OF course HE HE I am retaining fluid like crazy Estogen is high again. Means I am losing LEG FAT WOOOHOOOO.

            Thanks all for letting me help you I feel Blessed to be able to help you all achieve your goals even know at time I am doubted you stick it out and are all true WINNERS in my Book thanks soo much you make me feel so Priviledged to have such wonderful people here every single day. I look forward to reading progress reading inches lost weight loss and most of all the glow on everyones faces as they begin to see results from this. This is the best gift I could ever ever get. Seeing all of you succeed makes me feel soo increadibly PROUD

                      K I just finished my workout I am still very sore from my last Upper body so it was hard and I couldn't lift as heavy.

                      This is How it went.

                      Standing Cable Curls Dropset 10x80lbs,8x70lbs,8x60lbs,8x50lbs (no rest between sets)
                      Seated Rows Dropset 12x100lbs,10x120lbs,10x110lbs,8x100lbs (no rest between sets)
                      Standing Front Cable curls 10x70lbs,8x70lbs,8x70lbs,8x70lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
                      Reverse Flies 10x15lbs,10x15lbs,10x15lbs,10x15lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
                      Dumbell Curls 10x20lbs,10x20lbs,7x20lbs,7x20lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
                      Behind Neck Pull Down 8x60lbs,8x60lbs,7x60lbs,7x60lbs (1 minute rest between sets)

                      It was a great workout my upper body is sore and I feel it where I want to feel it so it's all good.

                          Level 2 Workout: (DONE)
                          Shoulders/Abs

                          Upright Rows (30lb x 20r, 40lb x 10r, 50lb x 8, 50lb x 6r)
                          Arm Leg Lift (50 left side, 50 right side)
                          Shrugs (60lb x 8r, 60lb x 8r, 70lb x 8r, 60lb x 8r )
                          Lateral Crunch (50 left, 50 right)
                          Front Raise (10lb x 4 sets of 8r)

                            Upper Body Done:
                            Shoulders: One arm lying rear deltoid raises (I love these but they are hard) 3x12 8lbs
                            Chest: Dumbell pullovers (Sarah, I love these too) 12x12lbs, 12x14lbs, 12x16 lbs
                            Back: Rows 3x12 20 lbs
                            Triceps: Tricep extensions 12x12 lbs, 12x14 lbs, 12x14 lbs
                            Biceps: Hammer curls 8x20 lbs, 10x14 lbs, 8x14lbs (my arms were major fatigued by the time I was doing biceps--I usually do them first).

                            Abs: 24 upper crunches, 24 frogs...I'm still working on these.
