really stepped up my exercise over the last few days, and it's great! 
i was up at 9am this morning, with bundles of energy - for the first time in god knows how long! and the plateau i've been on for the last few weeks is officially over, i'm down 4lb since the weekend!
also, can't leave my new weights alone. i never understood before when people said exercise was addictive, now i totally do!
so to anybody who isn't exercising as much as they should be - go for it! you'll feel tonnes better
