Hey guys,
i want to start going to the gym tomorrow, but i am at a loss of how how intense i should work on the elliptical. I can normally go for a good 45 mins. I want to lose atleast 5-7 lbs by my birthday which is April 13th (go Aries!!!) and utimately 35 lbs. Is that realistic? Please give me some advice....im lost.....
