Wide grip Barbell curls (biceps) 20x__lbs, 10x__lbs, 8x__lbs, 6x__lbs
Two arm dumbell rows 4 sets 8x__lbs
Hammer curls 4 sets 8x__lbs
Barbell pullovers 4 sets 8x__lbs

Then, my DH tells me last night that his mother and her husband(3rd) are coming to stay with us at the same time, at least part of the time. They said they wanted to surprise us, they got their airline tickets already, so what can we do.? Oh well, I guess I better try and make the best of it. I will have to play tour guide for the time they are here.
