    Sorry this is late! MY BAD!

    Sunday: rest day for me (although who rests on weekends?)

    Last week was a bit under par for me, so I hope to make up for it this week. Got me a brand new pair of New Balance shoes .. I went with the 1023s this time .. they have all the same cushioning as the 1221s, and they are lighter! We shall see today how they perform! DH and I plan to hit the trail this afternoon, hopefully for 6 or 8 miles.

    I haven't posted much - been very busy visiting colleges and so forth with my graduating son. I have been running though! I can't tell you the exact mileage but I did run about 5 times last week. Wasn't able to run yesterday because of the college visit but will be back at it tonight - that is if it doesn't rain too hard.

      Monday: 7.5 miles in 1 hour 20 minutes.

        I ran yesterday and managed 2.5 miles. I'm still feeling it in my lungs, but hey, better than nothin'! I'll see what I can do tomorrow.

                WOW Betty you are getting really Speedy that's awesome WOOOHOOO. I ahve not been a very good runner this week so far. I work up with such a HUGE MIGRAIN it was crazy I can hardly stand let alone run the Pain is Horrible so I am taking today Off. SOrry hope I didn't dissapoint anyone even superwoman has down days ROFL.

                  Thanks, Sarah! I got some new shoes that are lighter than my other ones .. maybe its making me faster? Who knows ..

                      I managed 2 miles yesterday. I think it felt a bit better then last week. Gonna do 2 again today.

                        I got my run in today and I was going not too bad well I couldn't get my HR over 160 no matter how hard I pumped it I went 6 miles in 70 minutes and was on an incline of between 1.5 and 7 I dunno my Cardio vascular is getting reall really strong right now it's soooo increadible. And another thing I am noticing is when I am running I am sweating 10x as much is this like an adaptation to exercise the ability for me to cool myself off is getting better????

                        I dunno maybe I am Weird.

                            I just finished Upper Body weight I upped the weights on almost everything YAY me HE HE.

                            This is How it went

                            Standing Rows Dropset 8x90lbs,8x80lbs,7x70lbs,8x60lbs ( no rest between sets)
                            Spider Curls Dropset 8x80lbs,8x70lbs,8x60lbs,7x50lbs ( no rest between sets)
                            Bent Over Rows 8x120lbs,8x120lbs,8x120lbs,8x120lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
                            Cable Contraction curls 6x80lbs,6x80lbs,6x80lbs,6x80lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
                            Front Lat Pulls 8x70lbs,8x70lbs,9x70lbs,9x70lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
                            Hammer curls 8x20lbs,8x20lbs,7x20lbs,7x20lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)

                              Hey Sarah, my friend who I train triathlon went was explaining to me that the more we sweat, the better our 'machine' or body is working. I've noticed that as I become more fit, I sweat a lot more. It's funny, I used to be kinda proud that I didn't sweat! WRONG!!!! Now I'm proud that I do. I still dont' stink though. *winks*
