Bit the Bullet: Bought an Ab Lounge

After a recommendation from the lovely Jasmain as well as a coworker, I went to Wal-mart tonight and bought myself an Ab Lounge.

I just wanted to say that I HATE all you ladies who own this and made your husband put it together for you. As a single gal I was forced to spend TWO HOURS assembling this beast. For $100 and three hours of my life (one spent shopping) this thing better be worth it! I did three reps of 15 to start and I could feel it while I was on but now that I'm done I'm not so sore. I guess we'll see how I feel in the morning.

I love my Ab Lounge! I got it several months ago and I absolutely LOVE IT!

Killer its almost a month since you bought your Ab Lounge? Sooooooo.... how you feeling about it now. Do you feel you are getting a good workout with it? Was it worth the bucks or should we stick with the floor?
