ok fellow gymrats i need some help.
Background:
I love the gym i go almost everyday and i am now making myself get in at least 50 of cardio a day usually 30 ellpitical 20 treadmil or vice versa. So that is going good. But i REALLY REALLY need to add in some strenght training that i will keep up! I always end up dropping the ST from my ruitine. I bought a pilates video and did it for like a week, videos are no good for me as a i won't do them. I am intimidated by the downstairs part of my gym (ie the wieghts etc) and have often said oh i'll just do some cruches and lunges when i get home,...and well by the time i walk the mile and a half home i forget or talk myself out of doing them.
what i need
I need some help in starting and KEEPING UP a strength training rutine. Knowning myself it can NOT
-be a video or dvd b/c i'll never do it
-be longer than 30 min b/c i won't be able to make the time and i'll just give it up
-can't be at home b/c like the video i won't do it
basically i need some beginner exercises that i can do after my cardio for 30 min 3-4 times a week that will help me get some results....
if this is possible and anyone has any suggestions i would be sooo thankfull...also if someone wanted to help motivate me and be my LA (Lazy-A$$es Anonymous ) sponser i would love you forever
