    Way to Go everyone. Today is supposed to be a running day I don't think that will happen I am very sore and when you are sore like this best to take a day off or risk Overtraining so I will just do my weights today and run tomorrow. Not everything works how we want sometimes so we have to bend a bit.

      Yes, sometimes we must bend so we don't break. Good point Sarah. I always feel so bad on days I can't exercise, even though I hate it. Our intentions are what matter, and as long as we're using legitimate reasons (which we definitely HAVE at times), we shouldn't feel bad about it. As long as I know deep down it's really a day that I truly need off, I'm not going to feel guilty anymore! These things DO happen. Thank you so much Sarah, for pointing that out. LISTEN TO YOUR BODY, or you could be out of commission for much longer!

        Yup Exactly. I am really really tired I went to the Doc cause I ahve been feeling reallly realy cold All the time My training HR is sooo low he thinks I may have to up my thyroid again MAn alive I guess I will know here in a few days I am sooo tired Damn it. I hate feeling like this it's nice out and here I am with a sweater and another sweater and I feel sooo cold my hands are like ice my feet are like Icea dn all I wanna do is sleep.

        Hope we can get my levels figured out really soon that would be nice.

        K I am off to lift weights here YAY me I'll report back maybe after I ahve a nap I really need one.

            I just finished my Workout Man it sucked it was very hard I am Sooo baked gunna try to lay down for a bit here. This is How it went.

            Hammer Curl Dropset 9x25lbs,8x20lbs,8x15lbs,10x10lbs ( no rest between sets)
            Behind neck Lat Pulls Dropset 7x70lbs,7x60lbs,7x50lbs,9x40lbs ( no rest between sets)
            Dumbell Curls 8x20lbs,8x20lbs,8x20lbs,8x20lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
            Standing rows 8x70lbs,8x70lbs,8x70lbs,8x70lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
            Incline Dumbell Hammer Curls 10x10lbs,10x10lbs,10x10lbs,10x10lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
            Bent over rows 10x100lbs,8x100lbs,8x100lbs,8x100lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)

            K I am done gunna go lay down I think.

              I sure do hope you feel better soon Sarah, that was some workout too! You go girl.

              OKay, I could have sworn I posted this. LOL Did so much abs work, my tummy burns!

              Situp & SB Pushup Challenges:
              100 situps (DONE)
              50 SB Pushups (DONE)

              Level 2 workout: (DONE)
              SHOULDERS/ABS

              Upright Rows (20lb x 20r, 30lb x 10r, 40lb x 8r, 40lb x 6r)
              Arm Leg Lift (50 each side)
              Shrugs (50lb x 4 sets of 8r)
              Crunches (100)
              Shoulder Press (50lb x 4 sets of 8r)

                April 14 - Cardio - Hip Hop Abs

                  I got my Cardio in for today WOOHOO 1 hour.......45 minutes HIIT and 15 minutes Recovery Walk went 4.2 miles in 45 minutes then another .8 in 15 minutes so I went 5 miles in 1 hour Cool Deal.

                  My Shoulder is really sore where I got my needle it's actually Aching and I am really feeling how sore it is after my run. I may be lifting light on the shoulders today casue of that. This happens evey now and again just got the Muscle fibers he said cause my Muscles are so Dence now that I may have swelling and a bit of aching i the muscles more now DAMN well at least it's only 1 time per month right. Goodness. At least I got my Cardio in I have run so far this week 20 miles and I still ahve tomorrows Big run YAY.

                          Okay, I really need to get off my butt, I"ve been working out half heartedly the last few days, I don't know what is up. Help, need motivation! Tell me I have a fat butt and I need to get off it, anything!

                            Now Pam you Know what I am gunna say Now if I Can my My Lazy *** run for 12 miles you sure as heck can do 40 minutes common it's only 40 minutes out of your day Get it done do it NOW or I'm gunna get you. I just ran my heart out 12 miles on my Boring *** treadmill in one spot looking at the TV for 160 Minutes NOW you go and do it Or I am gunna Kick your ***. You are just now seeing results and now you wanna do it half Assed ain't gunna fly with me go get on your Gazelle go do your weights and you will feel good about you.
