      Ou girls are doing awesome I just spent 3 hours doing gardening ...YIKES!
      That is my workout for the day !!!

        I am seriously thinking about applying for bootcamp when it comes up again. I need a swift kick in the rear to get me going!

          I Can Give you a Swift Kick in your Rear Just tell me what you want me to Do girl and I will totally Kick your ARS and you know it HE HE HE.

          Common Girl what have ya got to lose except a few pounds I need someone to kick my ARS too really Well mostly cause I eat too many Calories LOL BAD ME!!

            I just think I've really been overdoing it lately, and being lazy with my exercise, not enough veggies or water, everything. I feel like I've gained a ton of weight, and things aren't fitting me right. I really need to get my butt in gear and get going on the right path again, with the right attitude! I feel like I'm on the verge of just throwing it in and eating everything in sight! Maybe it's my PMS coming on, I don't know. I've just haven't felt this blah in a long time. It's getting to me!

              Oh, Pam I'm so sorry you are feeling this way but, ya don't wanna just throw in the towel and Give up then you wouldn't see the great things that are gunna start happening to your body then you wouldn't see the miricle happen. You may think that I am Super Woman but, I have felt like this Dozens of times I ahve wanted to Quit lots and lots Especially before TOM the Wrath of the hormones. SOmetimes it's not too bad sometimes it's Horrendous all I can say is that this will pass. I know with mine and everyone eleses help you can pull through and do Wonderful you just goatta Belive in yourself and what you can do. I can imagine the pant are not fitting cause of Your Hormones this will go away Pam don't worry really it will. This has happened to me and it always seems it's just before my TOM comes which I hate.

              Hold on Girl I know that this will pass Maybe take a little Break and Come back at it maybe you are overdoing it we can Adjust your Plan or you can go back to the beginner workout for a bit then come back to this one this way you are not pushing as hard.

                I think it's more my hormones, but I'm going to have to take 2 days anyways because of travelling, so maybe two days off wouldn't be so bad! LOL I'll be back wednesday ready and raring to go, I'm already feeling better, I REALLY think it's my hormones, like you say. Don't you worry girl, I'm not going anywhere, not going back, and never giving up!
