  • Excercise and weight gain

I have been cycling 20 - 30 miles most days on my new bike.

My waist seem a little trimmer (maybe), but my legs and particularly my calfs look a lot more muscular. That, I suppose is to be expected.

Of course all the work makes me hungry, so I eat more, but legally. My weight seems up two or three pounds - could that be all down to muscle gain?

I suppose I should get back on Fitday and measure what's going in and out.

Is two or three more pounds of muscle possible in my 200+ lbs?
Atkins didn't say 'Calories don't count',
    he said, 'Don't count calories.'

Entirely possible that its muscle .. if you are trimmer and more toned, then I say, eat up and don't let the scale be the final judge.

    You look fabulous, Brian!
