    Hey all!

    Ok, I know this is fairly random, but I just had to mention how much I love doing Billy Blanks Tae bo! I've been doing 45 - 60 mins of Tae bo everyday, and it makes me feel great. I just got the Bootcamp DVDs that use the billy bands. It is a crazy hard workout, but I can see and feel the differences. I do the Tae bo cardio also, to switch things up. I was wondering if anyone has tried the new Bootcamp Elite or some of his others videos?

    I have boot camp elite and I luv it, I did # 2 and # 3 yesterday and while 2 is ok # 3 let me wondering... wow it was a hard workout
