    If that's what You would Like to do I think that it's ok We have to blend and bend for everyone and weight lifting is very Bendable you can mold it the way you want to if it makes you do it then that's even better so Please feel free to do the every other day routine if you like that better. Joy

      I'm sooo tired I did exercise Did my Hamstrings and Triceps today AHHHH Glad to be done that. My Thyroid meds got changed again GAWD I am baked I hate when it gets changed cause I just wanna sleep.

      So I did this today.

      Ham curls 4 sets 15 reps 20 lbs
      Stiff legged Deadlifts 4 sets 15 reps 100lbs
      Decline Pelvic Tilts 4 sets 15 reps BW

      Overhead Tricep Extensions 4 sets 15 reps 15 lbs
      Tricep Kick Backs 4 sets 15 reps 10lbs
      Triep Press 4 sets 15 reps 60 lbs

      So I am tired all done though YAY me.

        Hi Joy and Sarah! I'm tired, but this is what I did today!

        100 situps (DONE)
        50 SB Pushups (DONE)

        Level 2 workout: (DONE)
        LEGS

        Back Squats (40lb x 20r, 60lb x 10r, 70lb x 8r, 80lb x 6r, no rest between)
        Hamstring Ball Curls (100)
        Leg Extensions (60lb x 4 sets of 8r)
        Side Step (18lbs x 4 sets of 8r each side)
        Seated Calf Raises (50lb x 4 sets of 8r, no rest between)

          After much talking, I'm starting tomorrow finally. I'm going to do my first week on a slightly different schedule. Upper and lower together tomorrow, then rest, Tuesday cardio, then rest, upper and lower Thursday, Friday cardio, Saturday rest. The rest days are because I have to be up very early and will be out of the house the entire day, and I know i won't get up earlier, so i want to get the workouts in. i don't mind having a longer workout, so I think that'll work better.

            Anything you do will be great for you Samantha! Life happens daily, so I think it's great that you are wanting to get all those in around your hectic schedule. Just don't overdo it! Doing what you can is better than not doing anything at all!

              Couldn't have said it Better Pam. Yup doing anything is better then nothing and you have to be able to Bend so that you can get the workouts done or it doesn't happen I am really happy that you are doing it.

                      All exercises with light resistance band, 3 sets 12 reps

                      Quads Squats
                      Hams Deadlifts
                      Calves Standing Raises
                      Abs Not yet
                      Chest Pushups (no resistance)
                      Triceps Standing bent over extensions
                      Back Standing Bent over rows
                      Biceps Standing curls
                      Shoulder Seated shoulder press

                            I feel Like crap But, I DID it I ran 14 miles outside it took me a while but I did it in 2 hours 40 minutes I am sooo Baked and I ahve Indigestion from ****. I wanna die right now I feel not too bad other then the Indigestions I got going on.

                            WOOOHOOOO I DID IT I DID IT now I know I can do it outside with the elements.

                                LOL Pam keep your rest day, it's good to have one this week I didn't have any I feel it ACK.

                                I looked down at my arms and they are Very Burnt from my run outside OOOPS and so is my Face did'n't relize till got in that I was Burnt and I got me a farmer TAN OHHHH NOOOOO LOL
