I am currently walking about 2 miles a day, five days a week, while pushing my 2 year old and 3 mth old in a stroller(Together they wiegh 60 lbs). It's not a hilly walk, but it is not flat either. (If that makes sense) I'll be honest, I HATE to exercise and have never really done it in my life. But I'm convinced I need to change my lifestyle and stay in shape. Anyway, I really have very little time for exercise, with 5 kids under 8 at home, I'm pretty busy. Is this enough to tone up? Does this follow the rules in this WOL? If I do need to do more, are there any suggestions of non-time consuming exercise that I can do to make sure I'm doing enough? I'm not looking to become ripped, just in shape! Thanks a lot for all the support!

Re: Is this enough?
To be honest Cassi, any excercise is good excercise. So keep up that 2 miles a day. Walking (and pushing weights) is great.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Isn't the standard 30 minutes of movement per day enough? You could always try hand weights at home. There are lots of exercises i'm able to do out of the gym with the 6.6 lbs weights and the 1 lb each velcro ankle weights. I have 1 son, who is 5, and it's hard enough to get out of the house with just having one! You're doing well! Keep up the good work!23 yrs female 5'9"
