    I feel Like crap But, I DID it I ran 14 miles outside it took me a while but I did it in 2 hours 40 minutes I am sooo Baked and I ahve Indigestion from ****. I wanna die right now I feel not too bad other then the Indigestions I got going on.

    WOOOHOOOO I DID IT I DID IT now I know I can do it outside with the elements.

    YAY ME!!!

      I am soooo Sore Betty OH my lol, and I have Gastritis caused by running the doc said next time I should take a zantax before I run long distances outside something about my stomach I dunno ever heard of that this has happened before but, never this bad so I guess I don't feel too bad about doing nothing today OH I am sore every single inch of me and to think you do this every weekend WOW You are Amazing Betty I'll get there though not as sore as I figured I would be after running outside that distance for the first time.

      SO I'm all set for the Halfer, hubby is taking the day of and the week off after so I should be able to sleep in the day after I definately will need it. I feel BAKED today and really really COLD BRRRRRR

      Body has to adapt I guess and it will.

        Girl, you rest up .. let your body recover. Running outside IS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ANIMAL from running on a treadmill. TOTALLY DIFFERENT. The muscles you use outside you do not use on a treadmill. I've said that over and over ... THERE *IS* A DIFFERENCE!

        I am just so crazy .. I love running outside .. its what my body craves .. maybe its senility setting in! I dunno .. I just love it, that's all I can say!

        Monday: 6.3 miles, IN THE HEAT ... oh man, its getting serious now .. high of nearly 90 today and I'm out there ... Well, I sweat off 2 pounds in the process, so that's a good thing, aye?

        Rest day Tuesday. That will feel good.

            It is Most definately harder I really Pushed Myself yesterday I am PROUD of myself. I ahve got this one time on the Treadmill but that was when I was really running far before the new years so I haven't put my body through this in a while. ACK I feel SOOO Out of shape today all of me hurts and YUP I am doing NOTHING but nursing myself. I ahve noticed I am way Hotter today then Normal metabolism is racing. Tomorrow is a run so long as I feel good. I did take some Advil to ease the tenderness it's not too bad just Nagging more then anything.

            My hat is off to you for running outdoors all the time but, it sure does take a lot to run inside the Time flew Outside before I knew it it was 2 hours I was like where did the time go it was awesome only wish I could do it a lot more often but, I can't. I definately got the mental focus running on a TM for hours on END damn you gotta be focused.

              HI, it's me the sickie yup another Hit in the Face I swear this really sucks. . So I have Gastritis caused by my Pernicious Anemia I guess it's pretty common cause I am missing the Insintric Factor now my Immune system is attacking my stomach lining. There is not much they can do I just have to rest so I won't be exercising What a bummer. Of course the first thing I ask the doc is if I can run my Halfer lol. He said in a week I should be good to go adn I am not to do anything for 3 days then light running and weights. My tummy Hurts like **** but, he said it should resolve in a week or so Damn Body why doesn't it just be healthy.

              I got a really awesome compliment from the doc last night he was asking all sorts of Questions DA DA I told him how much weight I had lost he was telling everyone and Told me how great I looked and also was very impressed with my Arms.. what is it about my Biceps. SO he chatted with me quite a lot about my running and stuff and was really interested I think he was flirting a bit. BAD DOC BAD... He was kinda older sexy so it was all right with me HE HE.

              I got an IV yuck and meds and a Huge Bruise on my hand LOVELY but, other then that I am doing all right. I wanted to pop in here it's 1pm and I never am this long before I post at least once. Well I better go lay down or HUBBY is gunna kick my ARS.

                  Wed: 7.5 miles on the trail. 90 degree heat. Whew. 1 hour 30 min.

                      Thurs: 7.6 miles on the trail in 1:26. I really poured it on the last mile, running a 10 minute mile up a slope.

                        Saturday: 13 miles on the trail in 2 1/2 hours.

                        This week: 6.3, 7.5, 7.6, 13 = 34.4 Miles
                        151.6 miles for April which is a new monthly record!
