Re: Sarah's Bodybuilding 101 for the Week of April 24th

So today's a rest day, and I'm sore, lol. I did 300 various ab exercises last night, because I felt like it (!!)
      200 crunches
      40 bicycles
60 oblique crunches (30 to each side)
I don't feel strained, it feels good actually

I'm definitely taking today as a rest though

Do you change your exercises up week to week or stick to basic moves that work? I definitely plan on variety with my workouts, but I was wondering how often you change it up.

Re: Sarah's Bodybuilding 101 for the Week of April 24th

                Well....I did last night.

Remember i said just a little bit back that I liked the schedule of alternating days with the upper and lower body? Well, I wanted to do that schedule, but I do know that I need to do something where I'm increasing the weights consecutively. Then I read 2big's post about her experience, which sent me to the BFL site again...and I thought, hey, I could do that.

I did enjoy the workout...it kicked my *** tho. But it seems like something I can live with. I get progression, plus I get the rotation schedule I seem to like.

                Does that make sense??
