Since I have been on the Ab challenge I basically have been doing the abs everyday. I hear some experts recommend every other day for ab work the same as strength training in order to allow muscles to recover.
Question- How often do you work your ab muscles and those who do it every other day do you see results quicker than if doing it everyday?
