        Friday: 6.3 miles. Not my normal day to run, but since the 15k is Sunday, I'm taking Saturday as a rest day. We'll be traveling to Orlando in the morning and going to the Expo at the Wide World of Sports Complex. That will give me plenty of fun opportunities to buy more cool running stuff!

        Race starts at 6:30 a.m. Sunday .. weather is supposed to be 69 degrees, 91% humidity, 1 mph wind. Gotta love Florida.

              WOW Bigrunner you are doign soooo GRAET WOOHOOOO.

              I feel like a heal STEP ON ME that's how I feel right now I went in tests are good WOOHOOO got the call last night YAY but, alll day yesterday I had intestinal Problems went to the bathroom 15-20 times I dunno I am drinking a lot but, I can feel my Muscles are deprived I ahve been taking double the suppliments but, man alive I really hope that it's gone. I don't feel sick just can't go to far. I went out to go for a walk and it was like OH OH had to turn around run back just about had an accident LORDY SO no running today if I don't have the bathroom issues it's gunna take me the full day to rehydrate afetr yesterday everything went down. My legs are very crampy I am sure from lack of fluids and Magnesium getting flushed down the can.

              Well thought I would give you an update on me ACK will this ever end.

                  Planning a run WOOHOOO Good news everyone my weight is down to 178 YAY I am sooo excited I am cutting the weights down to light for the next 2 weeks so as not to stress my body too much and Question Betty where should my Milage be for the Halfer since I ahve been sick. I wanna run but don't wanna send myself spiralling so Where should I be this week and Where should I be the week Before. I know I can do it I just don't wanna hurt myself now that I am feeling better finally.
