        Thaks Pam.

JOY What are you doing get back here and exercise look at your 6 week before and afters girl if that doesn't make you wanna do it then nothing will. Go back to the easier program and do that for a bit, maybe the longer Program was too long I find the loger it takes the less I wanna do it so keep it short and sweet and JUST DO IT.

I am gunna come get you and Kick your Ars Common girl get back to it.

              Great job Samantha!

I did my 50 pushups and 100 situps today. I am sooo not up to par on the ball exercising. I am taking a serious look at it tomorrow and figure out what I'm going to do! I'm being so danged lazy, I hate this.

                Hi girls!

Okay, I did my cardio today...60 minutes intervals on the treadmill!

So, here's my first question...on the cardio days, is that any type of cardio? I like a couple of the classes at the gym...so I was thinking about those to breakup the treadmill cardio...what do you think?

Another question! How long does your weight workout take you to complete?

My workout usually takes about 25 minutes or so, so I want to see if that's about the same for you all!

                          Hi,

Okay, here's my plan for the week. I took your Beginners phase and since I've been keeping up on my cardio workouts, I just added a little more cardio during the week.

As I spend more time on the weights, time and increased weight, I'll likely reduce the cardio...do you think this schedule will be okay to start?

                          Monday Upper Body / 20 HIIT #1
                          Tuesday Cardio - 60 min #2
                          Wednesday Lower Body / 20 HIIT #3
                          Thursday Cardio - 60 min #4
                          Friday Upper Body / 20 HIIT #5
                          Saturday Cardio - 60 min #6
                          Sunday Rest
                          Monday Lower Body #7
                          Tuesday Upper Body / 20 HIIT #1
                          Wednesday Cardio - 60 min #2
                          Thursday Lower Body / 20 HIIT #3
                          Friday Cardio - 60 min #4
                          Saturday Upper Body / 20 HIIT #5
                          Sunday Rest Day
                          Monday - Cardio - 60 min #6
                          and on and on...

                          Thanks!
