  • Some variety at home?

    Hallo!

Well, thing is, I'm broke. Church-mouse skint so I don't use a gym. But my boyfriend has given me his exercise thingy (it's a thingy to me...) and because I'm quite short, all I can do on it is sit-ups.

What I want to do is tone my belly, my bum and build up my arms. Can anyone reccommend any exercises I could do at home for this? So far I already do:

    Sit ups
    Press ups
    Leg lifts

And not many so far because I've just started.

    Thanks,

168/150/110, damn right I'm gonna get there!

Use canned vegetables for weights...then progress up to jugs of water to do toning exercises on your arms.

Do you have a t.v. and a vcr or dvd player? I've got some good exercise videos that I picked up for a couple of bucks each at the flea market. Do you have exercise shows on t.v.? I used to tape the ones I liked and then do them in the evening when I got home from work. You can also get videos, books and fitness magazines from the library and they will give you good ideas too so you can make up your own routines. Good luck.
