  • I left it two weeks to start exercise

    i started induction over 2 weeks ago, i wanted to get the diet right so i didn't exercise until this week.

    i'm doing the threadmill, cross trainer and starting on light weights and sit up.

    the way i'm looking at it is toning, i might be losing mass each week, but it could be muscle so i'm focusing on exercise to build muscles and ensure that what i'm losing is fat during my extended induction.

    i might not see a weight lose overall each week but i should see a reduction in inches and loose fitting clothes, any thoughts ????

    It was the same with me. "Ron". I didnt start really excercising until I finsihed the first 2 weeks of the diet, so that I could get in the right frame of mind for it. It worked for me, I hope it works for you also.

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      well judging by your pictures if i can get that far i'll be a new person.
