Does anyone know the best form of exercise to get rid of that annoying
belly roll? It starts right under the indent of my waist and goes
around my entire body. For the past 3 months my exercise routine
consists of 150 crunches 6 days a week, weight training at the gym
2-3 times a week and cardio at least 4 or more days a week and it's
STILL there!
Any ideas??
