  • Eliminating the Belly Roll?

    Does anyone know the best form of exercise to get rid of that annoying
    belly roll? It starts right under the indent of my waist and goes
    around my entire body. For the past 3 months my exercise routine
    consists of 150 crunches 6 days a week, weight training at the gym
    2-3 times a week and cardio at least 4 or more days a week and it's
    STILL there!

    Any ideas??

    It is virtually impossible to "spot train", and work on particular area. You are doing the right thing i crunches, but you need to do a full allover body workout to really benifit.

    You are doing all of the right things, with a mix of Ab work, cv and other weights, you just have to be patient I'm afraid.

    You could as a trainer in the gym to show you some other "core" excercises?

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
