Okay, I've read previous posts about rally not being able to work on certain areas, but just need some input. I assume what I'm talking about is "lovehandles" right above my hips on both sides. Since having kids they appeared and the stubborn things refuse to shrink at all. I have been told I will never get rid of them, as most women get them after having kids and they rarely go away. PLEASE tell me this isn't true?!? And if there are any ideas of extra workouts that work that part of my body more-so than others, I'd love to hear about them! Thanks in advance!

You certainly can get rid of them! It will just take a lot of cardio and toning exercises.
In addition to whatever cardio you do, I recommend leg lifts, squats, lunges. If you are unfamiliar with these, get a really great pilate workout tape, they cover most of theses exercises.
