      Dang it...I had this whole post almost all written out...and accidently hit some key on this laptop that took me back...and deleted all I had written out. ..so, you guys I'll have to catch you up on everything another time....

      Here's the partial workout I got in today:
      Chest
      Dumbell Flyes 12x5, 10x7.5, 8x10, 6x12.5, 4x15
      Dumbell Bench Press 12x10
      Barbell Bench Press 12x34

      Shoulders
      Dumbell PRess 12x5, 10x7.5, 8x10, 6x12.5, 4x15
      Front raises 12x10
      Side Deltoid Laterals 12x10

      Triceps:
      Extensions 12x7.5, 10x10, 8x12.5, 6x15, 4x17.5
      Pullovers 12x17.5
      Kickbacks 12x10

      Back:
      2 arm bent over rows 12x5, 10x7.5, 8x10, 6x12.5, 4x15

      That's as much as I got done before I got rushed out of the house to go to a birthday party at the skating rink where I busted my butt LOL No injuries, just bruised pride LOL

        Well, the day was hectic, and the gym is only open for a few hours in the morning so I missed it! Instead, I went up and down the stairs in our apartment 50 times, dang I hurt now! (since I went down first, I went down 50 times and up 50 times)

        OUCH!

            Hey guys...I've been on the run all day today with getting ready to leave for a business trip in Chicago tomorrow. Had to get horse food, dog food, husband bachelor food, Mother's day gift delivery. I haven't eaten right AT ALL today, but I do have my water.

            Now, I'm home and I've got to clean the house, do laundry, cook dinner, pack my bags and get to bed early as I have to be at the airport by 5AM.

            I'm taking my resistance bands (which I've never used) with me since we're staying at a Motel8 and they don't have gyms. I'm also taking an exercise DVD too. Hopefully I'll do that and come back on Friday with a big loss.

            Hoping I can eat right while out there too. Keep your fingers crossed that I'll have handy options for eating.

            My muscles are feeling that workout yesterday. Nothing bad, but they definitely let me know they got a good workout in yesterday.

            Maybe I'll take the Squat **** video with me.

            Needless to say, I won't be doing a workout today. Start tomorrow night.

            Ok, I'm off to fix something to eat.

              Things have been hectic for me here. I am moving sometime within the next week, and packing has been a challenge. So, I guess today that was my workout. But I definitely plan to be in the gym tomorrow.

                What a weekend, neverending business. Back to weekdays alone tomorrow, at least I can have uninterrupted exercise sessions.

                  It's Monday morning, everyone have a great week! Back to the gym for me sometime today! I can't wait! Gotta figure out Sarah's instructions on the new workouts while I'm at work so I know what I'm doing when I get there. Good luck this week everyone!

                    Yesterday, I did the BFL workout just once straight through. When doing the sets with descending reps but increasing weight, should I do more than one set?

                      Nope, just the one exercise. The descending reps are your sets. You'll actually be doing 5 sets for that one exercise by doing that.
                      Then you move to the next exercise for that group and do one set of 12, then move to the next exercise and do one set of 12.
